The rules for using Puvify.Use Puvify responsibly, respect its content and security, verify third-party products before buying, and understand that donations and external services follow their providers' rules.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to puvify.com and Puvify's related website features (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Who may use the site
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The Site is not directed to children under 13.
Site content and informational use
Game settings, controller values, loadouts, gear lists, links, and other content are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. Results vary by game version, platform, hardware, connection, and personal preference. Content may become outdated after patches or product changes.
Intellectual property
Puvify's name, branding, original graphics, layout, written material, and original media are owned by or licensed to Puvify and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, impersonate, or create misleading derivative uses of Puvify content without permission.
Third-party names and assets
Call of Duty, game artwork, weapon imagery, platform names, retailer names, product images, and third-party logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies or discusses the relevant game, product, or service and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership by Puvify.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, probe or disrupt infrastructure, submit malware, automate abusive traffic, harvest information, interfere with other visitors, impersonate Puvify, use the Site for unlawful activity, or exploit any vulnerability. Security concerns should be reported privately to us.
External links and services
The Site links to third-party websites including social platforms, retailers, donation processors, and game publishers. Puvify does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy, security, pricing, products, or conduct. Use of an external service is governed by that provider's terms.
Donations and text-to-speech
Donations are voluntary and are processed by third-party providers. Unless a provider's policy or applicable law states otherwise, donations are generally non-refundable. Do not donate more than you can comfortably afford. Text-to-speech messages may be moderated, delayed, rejected, or removed and must not contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, invasive, or infringing material.
Retail and affiliate links
Gear links may lead to Amazon or other retailers. Product availability, compatibility, condition, shipping, warranties, returns, and prices are determined by the retailer. Puvify may use affiliate links and may receive a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. You are responsible for verifying that a product meets your needs before purchasing.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, remove, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every error will be corrected, or that content will always remain available. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Puvify disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puvify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, hardware issues, game penalties, or losses arising from reliance on Site content or use of third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Puvify and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Termination and enforcement
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, threatened the Site or others, or created legal risk. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
